Administrator Temporary/ Part-time.

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and well-organised person to join our team as an Administrator in a very busy office. The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our buses and coaches and ensuring that we deliver the best service in the industry.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Hours of work: Monday, Thursday & Friday 8am to 5pm; 1 Saturday in 5 8am to 12.00 pm
This is a temporary post for a period of up to 6 months with a view to becoming permanent as we reshape our administrative services.
Rate of Pay: up to £12.60 per hour dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:
- Being first line to handle general enquiries and customer feedback taken over the telephone or by email, requests for bookings and card payments
- Confirming bookings by gathering booking information from clients in advance to allow work tickets to be prepared for drivers
- Using the card machine to take deposits, private hire or tour booking payments
- Administration of office stationery
- Updating social media regularly
- Communicating with drivers on a daily basis
- Vehicle Administration
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and fleet management software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to transportation operations would be advantageous.
